Auckland DHB - Rehab Plus
Rehab Plus provides rehabilitation services to adults aged 16-64 years living in the Auckland/North Health region. Services are available to those who have been admitted to hospital following an illness, accident or injury (such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, other neurological condition, amputation, multiple trauma, complex orthopaedic/medical problems), who would benefit from short term rehabilitation and who meet other specified criteria.
People attending Rehab Plus are helped to return to their maximum potential using individual programmes to achieve their goals. Services available include inpatient rehabilitation and nursing care, outpatient rehabilitation, and wheelchair/seating assessment.
