Ngati Hine Health Trust Maiaorere Disability Support Services - Kawakawa
Our aim is to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities, their whanau and carers. We provide support that enables individuals to maintain their independence at home and in the community. This includes home based support and 24 hour residential support for whanau that reflects personal choice and interests. Support is tailored to meet an individual's specific needs including joining the gym, meeting new friends, and finding a home.
We have office bases in Kawakawa in the Mid North and Whangarei. Access to services is through a Needs Assessment agency. Contact us and we can arrange for someone to discuss your needs with you.
