Disabilities Information Service - Sth & Mid Canterbury
Provides free generic information and referral service on all disabilities and health related issues e.g. physical, sensory, mental health, age related and intellectual. Some services include: South Canterbury Health & Disability Organisations Directory and Database - these are available to anyone and special reports can be printed, referral to appropriate services, Fundveiw database - funding information for groups or individuals. Free access to national libraries for clients- books, videos etc. Contacts throughout NZ, coordinator to speak at meetings.Wheelchair/portal ramp for loan.
