Supporting Families in Mental Illness
Offers information, education and advocacy to families/whanau who have relatives with a mental illness; children within Child & Adolescent Services and/or Alcohol & Drug Services and for those with dementia and other related disorders, within the DHB region. We network with other community and government agencies; provide carer’s/support group meetings; advice on local resources and a range of other services.40
