LIFE Unlimited - Tairawhiti Aim: Living Independence for Everyone. Among the services we provide is a comprehensive range of equipment to foster independence. Our clients receive personalised assistance from our staff who offer valuable information along with their wide knowledge of equipment. Our exceptional service includes demonstrations of products, home visits, and delivery. Staff will also research and order in a variety of products not readily available to meet our client’s individual needs. Services Provided: *Disability Resource Centre provides disability and health information and has a range of aids and equipment for hire and purchase. Equipment available: • Daily Living Aids • Bathroom & Toilet Safety • Mobility Aids including canes, walking frames, wheelchairs, power chairs and mobility scooters. • Continence Products *Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) is a holistic assessment service for people under 65yrs to identify a person’s resources, abilities and goals, providing support in conjunction with the disabled person to achieve their desired outcomes. *Hearing Therapy Services provide FREE hearing tests to people aged 16 yrs and over and supports them with choices and outcomes. Opening Hours: 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday.
