LIFEWISE Homecare Services
LIFEWISE HomeCare provides home based support services to clients within the metropolitan Auckland area. These services include assistance with personal cares, social activities and household management. When a referral is received from Taikura Trust we work with you to develop an individualised plan of care to meet your needs. This referral may be for traditional home based support services or for Indiviudalised Funding.
