Ngati Maniapoto Marae Pact Trust is a Kaupapa Māori service provider delivering a diverse range of Health, Disability and Iwi social services to the whānau of the Maniapoto rohe. The Trust provides quality free, accessbible and comprehensive health and disability community support services for tamariki through to Kaumātua. Our focus is Whānau Ora education & promotion, Māori disability support, Māori disability needs assessments, Diabetes health checks and education programs, smoking cessation, chronic disease management - disbetes specific, supported accommodation and community support for Mental Health tangata whaiora, Kaumātua health programs.
