Provides needs assessment and service co-ordination for people with disabilities. Information and advice given to general public. We especially encourage those with health and disability issues, benefit & employment matters. We also co-ordinate the following services: mobility van, vocational support services, volunteer driver programme, heartland services & adult community education.
