Where can I get my equipment repaired?
Equipment that is owned by either the Ministry of Health or ACC is able to be repaired at no cost though Accessable (Auckland and North) or Enable New Zealand (the rest of the country south of Auckland down to Stewart Island).
A list of the Equipment Subcontractors who carry out repairs and maintenance for Enable New Zealand can be accessed the Disability Funding website.
Privately owned equipment is also able to be repaired by the subcontractors but will incur a charge to the client for the repair costs.
