Based on a Kaupapa Maori model of Te Whare Tapa Wha, we believe we need to provide services to be responsive to the individual's diversity, disability, lifestyle and culture. All service provision is based on the principals of the Treaty of Waitangi, which embrace recovery and support enabling people to take control of their own lives, with a view to achieving their full potential.
