Offers a range of assessment, monitoring and Early Intervention services children with specila needs from birth to school age. It aims to teach families/whanau how to help their child develop the skills that will allow them to take their place in their local school and community. For children with developmental delays and a wide range of special needs such as Down syndrome, autistic spectrum disoder, cerebral palsy, brain damage, developmental dyspraxi and multiple disabilities.
