Raukura Hauora O Tainui Trust
Raukura Hauora o Tainui is a Charitable Trust, not-for-profit organisation, incorporated in 1994. The Trust is the largest Māori health provider in the Auckland South region and delivers primary healthcare services to 9,040 PHO registered clients over three medical clinics. Raukura Hauora o Tainui core philosophy around service delivery is based upon "whanau ora", or to the building of healthy Māori families. Service philisophies are centred on providing health care services that are accessible, cost effective, comfortable, efficient, clinically and culturally safe and secure (ACCESS). The key focus of Raukura Hauora o Tainui is to ensure health needs of all who reside within the boundaries of Tainui are met through the delivery of culturally appropriate services within a Tikanga Māori framework.
