Te Maara mo nga Whanau/Garden Project: Physical activity and Nutrition programme, assists clients to establish a vege garden, and works alongside the family to raise awareness regarding nutrition, activity and healthy options when preparing meals. New Plymouth, Waitara, Patea. Home Based Support Services: Clients referred by TDHB Home Support Unit, Accessability and ACC. Provide caregivers to carry out both Personal and domestic cares for clients in their own homes. Taranaki Wide Asthma and Diabetes Advocate: provides support and Education to clients and whanau to ensure that all services are being reached.
