Auckland DHB - Mobility Solutions
Mobility Solutions provide wheelchair and seating assessment services to people who have long-term complex needs and are not covered by ACC. We see people of any age but they must reside in the greater Auckland area.
Our referral forms can be found on our website. Anyone can send us a referral. Once this is received our therapists check you are eligible for our service then prioritise against set criteria. People are seen on a 'most urgent first basis' and we encourage people to contact us if their situation changes so that we can reprioritise their referral.
Our team consists of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, a Therapy Assistant, Wheelchair Technicians and Administration Support.

Mobility Solutions is based at Rehab Plus - 54 Carrington Road, Pt Chevalier. We see clients either at our clinic on-site, or in their own home, school or workplace.
